Courage, Compassion, Connection!

Daring Way™ Retreats

Upcoming workshops near, far, and anywhere (online).

Daring Greatly™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. We will explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.

A Daring Way™ Workshop for Helping Professionals

Do you crave rest and respite, but struggle to justify the expense?

We’ve got you covered with a 3-day retreat on the land at The ONE Center, a beautiful nature-based retreat center for therapists!

During your respite at ONE, you’re invited to care for you by slowing down and reconnecting with yourself, and the nature.

You’re invited to rest, relax and enjoy the connecting with therapists while kayaking, forest bathing, and basking in the beauty of the South Salish Sea with evening campfires and smores too!

Learn how to cultivate courage and lean into vulnerability while breathing the ionized air and exploring the flower gardens and illuminated labyrinth.

Challenge yourself to cultivate trust, empathy, and self-compassion while being held by colleagues and the land at ONE.

Available in Ashland, Medford, and Online!

Drop-In Art Groups

Online and In Person, these groups follow the Daring Way™ Gifts of Imperfection Curriculum

Your traveling teardrop therapist is pleased to announce drop in self-care art groups based on The Gifts of Imperfection.

Kristen will bring an art prompt from one of the Ten Guideposts for Wholehearted Living. You may use this prompt, or create anything you like. A variety of art supplies will be provided, or you can bring your own! This will be a two hour drop-in time to connect with others and engage authentically with your creative process. Art is vulnerable and takes courage. You do NOT need to be "any arts and crafty person" to come to this workshop! No experience necessary.
