Daring Greatly™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. We will explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
Your traveling teardrop therapist is pleased to announce drop in self-care art groups based on The Gifts of Imperfection.
Kristen will bring an art prompt from one of the Ten Guideposts for Wholehearted Living. You may use this prompt, or create anything you like. A variety of art supplies will be provided, or you can bring your own! This will be a two hour drop-in time to connect with others and engage authentically with your creative process. Art is vulnerable and takes courage. You do NOT need to be "any arts and crafty person" to come to this workshop! No experience necessary. Bring an open mind and approach this process with curiosity and compassion.
