Art Group for Helping Professionals

I know how hard you work for others. I know we are likely all a bit overwhelmed and exhausted from holding space for others, our families, and ourselves over the past few years. This is something for you.
Monthly moments of creativity, compassion, and connection. As a counselor myself, I understand the need to care for my creative self, and understand that unused creativity isn't benign. Let this be one of your healing outlets.
I will offer prompts which center around one of the Ten Guide Guideposts for Wholehearted Living, from Dr. Brené Brown's, Gifts of Imperfection™. I am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator. CE's for those who come through the whole rotation may become available pending NBCC single program approval. Let me know if you are interested! Contact secure@kristencounseling.com with questions.
